This article explains how to set up a Print Record within Platinum to copy on to itself to give two (or more) copies.

Details

Go to "Systems" -> "Reports & Parameters" -> "Maintenance Options" -> "System Administrator" -> "Printing Parameters".

  • At the "Print Record:", type the number of the Print Record you wish to copy and press <Enter>.
  • In this example, we are going to use Print Record '01', but it is applicable to all Print Records.
  • Once you are actually in the required Print Record, press <F8> this opens a Pop-Up Window entitled "Copy Output Records".
  • You now have 5 boxes available, labelled 1-5.
  • If you just want one copy of the Print Record, then type the Print Record you chose above in box 1. In this example, '01' is used.
  • If you want two extra copies, then put the above Print Record in box 2,3 and so on.
  • When finished, press [OK].
  • Tap <Esc> and click [Accept].
