Summary
The following article outlines how to do a search for a customer you may not know the account code for from anywhere in Platinum.
Additional Information
From any account code field in Platinum you can press <Ctrl+F1> to launch a search window. All you then need to do is type in part of the name you wish to search on for (e.g. 'Bloggs' for Mr Joe Bloggs) in the search on box.
You will then be shown a list of accounts with Bloggs in the name.
