Additional Information
To deactivate a user get into "Reports & Parameters" -> "Maintenance Options" -> "System Administrator" -> "User Maintenance".
This defaults to your user account:.
- On the account code type in the user code of the user you wish to deactivate or search for their Account by pressing <Ctrl+F1>.
- Press <F2> to select them.
- Press <Enter> until you get to the "Leaving Date:" and enter the date user has left the company.
- Toggle the "User Active" to 'N'.
- Press <Esc> and click [Accept].
This will not delete the user from the Platinum Software but will prevent that user from accessing Platinum again. |
