Go to " Personnel Planning Personnel Planning Report Generator".
- Enter 'Diary' and click [Search].
There are a couple of options depending on the amount of detail you need to see. If you require a more specific report, please Contact your Platinum dealer or our support team on 0116 230 1500 or by using our website support contact page to discuss your requirements.
Diary by Appointment Type
- Select the 'DIC' report and click [Start].
- Complete the ranges including selecting the "Appointment Type" of 'HAN - Handover'.
- Click [Start].
- Press <F2> to print the report or <Ctrl+P> to output the results to Excel.
Employee's Diary - Detailed
- Select the 'DIB' report and click [Start].
- Complete the ranges.
- Click [Start].
- Press <F2> to print the report or <Ctrl+P> to output the results to Excel.
