* You can set the {{DataPrompt|Report To}} Field can be set to show the results on Screen ({{DataValue|S}}) or to Printer ({{DataValue|P}}).

* The {{DataPrompt|Ledger}} Field allows you to Choose between Sales ledger invoices ({{DataValue|S}}) or Purchase Ledger invoices ({{DataValue|P}}).

* At {{DataPrompt|Account}}, type in the customer's account code if known, or [[How do I Find a Customer?|search]] for a customer. If left Blank this will show all accounts

More Information

Go to " Reports & Settings Maintenance Options Add or Edit Document Holds".

  • Click [Advanced] to enter the details of the documents you want to report on e.g specify a Supplier Account.
  • When you have entered all the filters you need, click [Search].
  • Click [Print] at the top of the page.
  • Select [Print] or choose to export the list to Excel or CSV output.
