Summary
The following article explains how to change an employee's NI number in Payroll.
More Information
Go to " Payroll Maintenance Options Add or Edit Employees".
- Enter the Employee's name and click [Search] else click [Search] and select their name from the list.
- Click [Edit].
- Click the [Tax, NI and Pension] tab.
- Click into the "NI Number" field and enter the employee's correct NI number.
- Click [Done] and [Accept].
