Summary

If an employee leaves and then rejoins the company, you can reinstate their old user code. This means you will not have to create another duplicate user code. This article explains how to do so.

More Information

Go to " Reports & Settings Maintenance Options System Administrator Add or Edit Users".

  • Enter the name of the user you want and select [Search].
  • Select [Edit].
  • For "Leaving date:" enter '00/00/0000'.
  • For "Active:" enter 'Yes'.
  • Now Select [Done] and [Accept] to save changes.
  • Press <Close> to exit.

This will reinstate the user with their original Password. If this password needs changing for any reason, clicking here will take you to an article that explains how to do this.
