More Information
You will see a Free Stock value in all of the screens in Platinum where you are adding a stock item for sale, e.g. when adding an item to a Workshop Jobcard, to a counter sale etc.
The standard calculation being applied is:

Counter Invoicing
The free stock value displayed in both Invoicing and Customer Orders and Point of Sale uses the above formula but also takes into account any items that have been left on screen in Invoicing and Customer Orders.
- To view these items go to " Stock Control Invoicing & Customer Orders".
- At "Customer" press <F4> - Account Summary.
- See What does the Account Summary Screen Show?.
