Summary
Using Real Time Labour Recording, you can record technician activities. This article explains how to report on this information.
More Information
Go to " Workshop Job Reports Job Reports Labour Activity Report".
- The "Depot" field will default to the stock depot of the company or the site you are logged into. This can be changed if required.
Tip: You can type in the name of the depot or press <F1> to go forward through the depots or <Shift+F1> to go back. You can also press <Ctrl+F1> to search. |
- Enter a starting date in the "Date from" field and an end date in the "to" field.
- If you want to restrict this report to a particular technician, you can enter their Labour code in the "Technician" field.
- Click [Display] to show the results.
- This report will show you each technician and their activities within the date range.
- If you want to print out this report, click the [Print] button or press <Shift+F2>.
