Summary
This article explains how to add analysis codes and apply them to an account code. In Platinum it is possible to attach analysis codes to account codes to allow for more detailed reporting.
More Information
Go to " Systems\Accounts Sales Ledger Customer File Maintenance".
- This will take you to a search screen. Press <F6> or click the [New] button.
Tip: Or you can type in a part of a name or account code or description to find an existing code. |
- Click on the [Groups\Analysis] Tab.
- Click on one of the "Analysis" code boxes.
- Type a 1 Character code in capitals that relates to the status you require.
- Press <Shift+F10>. This will take you to the "Account Analysis Amendment".
- Type in a 'Description' for the 'Analysis code'.
- Press <Esc> and click [Accept].
