Summary
The following article explains how it is possible to attach analysis codes to stock codes to allow for more detailed reporting, this article talks you through how to add these and apply them to a stock code.
More Information
Select " Stock Control Add or Edit Stock Items".
- This will take you to a search screen. Press <F6> or click the [New] button to create a new stock code.
 | Tip: Or you can type in a part of a stock code or description to find an existing code. |
- Click on the [Groups\Analysis] Tab.
- Click on one of the "Analysis" code boxes.
- Type a 1 Character code in capitals that relates to the status you require.
- Press <Shift+F10>. This will take you to the "stock status Properties".
- Type in a Description for the Analysis code.
- Press <Esc> and click [Accept].
