Summary
his article explains how to delete a logistics jobs code. There may be circumstances whereby you wish to delete certain jobs in your system. this article explains how to remove them.
WARNING: Once the jobs have been deleted they CANNOT be retrieved. |
More Information
Go into " Systems Logistics Management Job Planning".
- The dates at the top of the screen default to today.
- Select the dates that you want to see.
Tip: If you know the ticket number or account you require, enter it in the "Filter on" field. |
- This will show a list of all current un-invoiced jobs for the range entered.
Tip: Click the [Advanced] button to change the range of tickets, e.g. by driver, invoiced jobs and if the jobs have no scanned images attached. |
Information: Invoiced jobs cannot be removed as they have history connected to them. These can only be cleared down. See THIS article for help on how to cleardown jobs. |
- Select the job you wish to delete and click the [Remove] button or press <F10>.
- A box with appear asking if your are sure you want to delete, if you are click [Yes] or if at all unsure click [No].
