Go to "Parts & Clothing" or "Stock Control" -> "Maintenance Options" -> "Shadow File Maintenance " -> "Shadow File Summary"

Summary

The following article explains how to check how up to date my Parts & Price files are.

WARNING: This procedure does require you to be on the latest version of Platinum. If the options outlined below are not available please refer to the Downloading a Platinum Update article.

Details

From anywhere in Platinum, go to the top of the Platinum Screen and click on "Help", then "About Platinum" and then on the "Parts/Prices" Tab.

This will show a list of all the suppliers you have prices for and the dates that they were last updated, your latest updates will be listed first.
