We refer to this information as ''Audit'' information. 
* When you create, change or view an item in a Platinum Property Screen, the time, date, site, person, program and terminal details are stored.
* These can be viewed by using the {{KeyPress|C-F2}} key.
* These can also be reported on in the {{RGen}}.
* Creation details are often included in the Searches as a column.
