Returns the reference number of any General Notes that may have been entered for the current agency.
This variable should be used in conjunction with the $NOTES function to return a line of notes entered for this agency.
 | $NOTES{Y06,1} returns the first line of notes. |

A numeric value whose typical size is 8 digits.
