Why is my PDF print displaying the wrong document?

More Information

You will need to uninstall your current installation of PDF995 and reinstall the latest version from the PDF995 Website.

Uninstalling

Go to " Start Control Panel Add\Remove Programs".

  • Find PDF995 in the list and click [Uninstall].
  • Follow the steps in the uninstall wizard.

Installing the updated version

If your PDF995 software starts to display advertising boxes after the reinstall it will need to be re-licensed. Your PC should remember your original code but if not please Contact your Platinum dealer or our support team on 0116 230 1500 or by using our website support contact page to get the license number re-entered.
